MARRIAGE:
1 CORINTHIANS. 7:2: Nevertheless, to avoid fornication let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
PROVERBS 18:22: Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favor of the Lord.
Marriage is a sacred blessing of God.
Marriage is a 24 hour, 7 days of the week and a 365 days of the year job!
God is the one who blesses a marriage and man is the one who curses a marriage.
Anyone can have a beautiful marriage as long as you let God lead and be the center of the marriage.
Marriage can be a bit more challenging for PW's. We deal with so much more than the average wife. What I am referring to is, as PW's you must be humble enough to share our husbands with any and everyone that comes under their covering. That's a challenge all by itself.
As PW's our marriages has issues just as any other marriage do. The difference is we don't have that individual to vent to. It's so much we have to keep in to ourselves, for so many reasons. Just to name a few:
- People forget the Pastor is a man and husband; he is not GOD and no one is perfect.
- Its so many women that want to take your place.
- People are laying and waiting to hear something negative about the leaders.
We, PW's, must be very careful of what we talk about to others. When we are going through something we must keep it to ourselves. People don't know how to separate things. So we PW's, must be careful not to scatter the flock.
The average woman can talk to her girlfriends or someone they feel is trustworthy, but PW's don't have that privilege. The average woman would not really understand the things we deal with or go through. As PW's we must be spiritually mature in all of our matters even dealing with the enemy.
PW's must have a Strong Faith, Strong Mind, Strong Will and be a Strong Elect Lady of God. Our marriage must ride on the will of God.
